Your RemStone Therapist works along the fascial lines, using what we call the Action Potential to identify areas that may require deeper focus. This session showcases remedial massage at its best, with stones as massage tools delivering firm, effective treatment — achieving results without pokey pressure or discomfort.

Pregnancy Massage
This session focuses on areas that often become overloaded during pregnancy, such as the lower back, hips, and shoulders, while addressing tension or discomfort that may have existed even before pregnancy. This treatment gives mums a true time-out for themselves, allowing them to feel nurtured, supported, and cared for—not just as a pregnant client, but as a whole person with unique needs.

Sportzonal Massage
The Sportzonal Performance Program uses RemStone Therapy to take sports massage to the next level. Like all sports massage, this program considers the athlete’s before, during, + after performance needs preparing muscles ahead of activity, supporting function during the game, + aiding recovery afterward. It’s critical to understand these three elements because addressing muscles in isolation or at the wrong time can actually hinder performance rather than help.

Tx conditions | 3 Session x 60mins | $288
This is a dedicated Treatment to chronic conditions that need consecutive sessions to get things moving and on a pathway towards change.
Included is a Customised Treatment Plan + 3 x Dedicated Weekly Sessions + Take Home Fascia Mobiliser.
These sessions are subsidised as a reward to focus on individual needs. Your commitment is required to attend 3 sessions (preferably weekly) and/or over 4 weeks/1 month.
Tx conditions | Deep Tissue 30mins | $75
While many people think “deep tissue” just means extra firm pressure, true deep tissue work is about going beyond the surface to release congestion in the deeper fascial layers. With RemStone Therapy®, stones are used as tools to target problem areas with precision — creating more mobility, better movement, and lasting results. A series of very close bookings are required to gain optimal results, recommended is 3 to start with.
