Pregnancy Massage
This session focuses on areas that often become overloaded during pregnancy, such as the lower back, hips, and shoulders, while addressing tension or discomfort that may have existed even before pregnancy.
This treatment gives mums a true time-out for themselves, allowing them to feel nurtured, supported, and cared for - not just as a pregnant client, but as a whole person with unique needs.

Menopause Massage
This session is built around a real understanding of what happens during menopause — not just physically, but how it feels day to day. Designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause, where the body changes, tension can build more quickly, movement can feel restricted, and things that used to shift easily often don’t.
As a menopause coach, I also equip you with clear, practical education — cutting through the overwhelm so you can better understand what’s happening in your body and what actually helps.
This treatment focuses on relieving those areas while working with your body as it is now, not how it used to be. It’s a space to reset, release, and feel supported through a stage that’s often misunderstood. Because this stage in your life needs more than a standard massage.
